Returns and Exchanges
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Please note that all products take 1 business day for order processing before shipping. Once your product is ready, we will send you the tracking number by email and keep you posted on the package shipment progress.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
We do our absolute best to ensure that the product arrives at our customers not damaged. If there are any damages, please take a photo and please let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a claim on your behalf.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
All orders canceled after 24 hours or later are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs to and/or from the warehouse to the delivery address.
If your order has shipped, the customer will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
We will do our best to make sure that you make the best choice for your needs. You may call or email us at any time and we will do our best to help you make a choice. However, we do not offer returns for buyers remorse. If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the problem and contact us immediately.
ATTENTION: all of the electronic equipment, such as fish finder, can not be refunded or returned once it has been shipped. We'd appreciate your attention and understanding.
